SMART dedicates their time to helping animals find their ways into lifelong loving homes with an excellent quality of life of comfort, security and love. They focus on rescuing dogs and puppies from death row in country pounds.

To ensure that they could continue to help hundreds of beagles, hounds and other vulnerable dogs every year Beagle Rescue Victoria Inc. had to update their facilities to meet their local council’s new requirements.
