Best Friends Pet Rescue

We are a non-profit registered charity based in Wagga Wagga, Goulburn and ACT. We rescue, foster and re-home (wo)mans best friend, cats and kittens. We also rescue small animals such as rabbits, guinea pigs and rats. All volunteers embrace the No Kill philosophy. "No Kill" means stopping the killing of all healthy treatable pets. We rely on donations to keep our rescue running and our caring little network of volunteers.

Adoption Policy: Strict

BFPR adoption/placement policy is designed to ensure that pets are placed into permanent homes where they will be loved and cared for. We have a two week trial period and all dog adoptions must agree to a house check. All applications are reviewed to find the best home, we don't operate first in first served, its best home.
