No Hairs Ark Chinese Crested Rescue

No Hairs Ark is proudly Australia's only breed specific rescue for Chinese Crested Dogs. We have been rescuing, rehoming, fostering and rehabilitating Chinese Cresteds since 2013. Our focus on one breed allows us a smaller number of intakes each year, which means we get to know each dog very well, ensuring we know the exact home they require, which ultimately means fewer returns and more happily ever afters.

Adoption Policy: Strict

All our dogs go to the best home available, not to the first person to apply. Our dogs stay with us as members of our family and are very much loved as such. Our adoption procedure has a couple of steps: 1) Contact the rescue for an adoption questionnaire. Complete and return. 2) Give us time to process these - often we have a number of applications to go though, which means discussing with foster carers, conducting reference checks and veterinary checks. 3) If successful, we will contact you for a meet and greet. Should that go well, a house check is usually completed at the time and the trial can begin!
