Adoption Policy: Strict
Once an enquiry is sent please follow the link on the email you are sent by Savour Life. Dusty Paws Dog Rescue reserves the right to reject an application if we feel the dog is not suitable to the situation/family. All dogs adopted from Dusty Paws Dog Rescue will be microchipped, desexed, vaccinated and DACO registered. All adoptions will commit to a 2 week trial; we ask that you work with us to make this as smooth as possible for both yourself and the dog. It can take at least 2 weeks for a dog to start to settle and show their true character. After a successful 2 week trial all paperwork will be emailed to you and the dog will be changed into your name. In the case that you may one day be unable to care for your dog due to any reason; we request that Dusty Paws Dog Rescue are given first preference in taking this dog back into our care and finding another suitable home for them (giving care availability.)
