Who We Are🐾
Nameless Angels Dog Rescue is a South Australia-based non-profit rescue organisation dedicated to saving, rehabilitating, and rehoming dogs who’ve been abandoned, neglected, or overlooked. We believe every dog — no matter their past — deserves a fresh start and a loving, stable home.
Our Mission & Values🐾
• To provide trauma-informed care for dogs needing help, ensuring each animal receives the medical support, love, patience, and dignity they deserve.
• To support lifelong welfare by ensuring dogs are microchipped, vaccinated, desexed (where possible), and assessed before adoption.
• To match dogs with homes that will meet their physical, emotional, and behavioral needs, fostering strong, lasting bonds.
• To raise awareness, educate the public on responsible pet ownership, and encourage community support through volunteering, fostering, and donations.
How We Work🐾
• Angel Carers: Our rescue model is built around carers (often in home environments) who nurture dogs from rescue to readiness. These carers provide safe, stable placements, emotional support, early socialisation, and rehabilitation.
• Medical & Behavioural Support: Before adoption, dogs under our care receive veterinary attention — vaccinations, microchipping, desexing (if dog is under 6 months it goes out on a desexing contract to be desexed at 6 months of age. Booking date will be made at time of contract stage. If dog is over age of 6 months and not already desexed when in Nameless Angels Care, as per SA legislation - will be adopted out on a desexing contracted and desexing made within 28 days of official adoption) and behavioral support & guidance to help them adjust and heal. For larger breeds if Vet formal Recommendation in writing is received to Nameless Angels to have later desex appointment, then booking will be made according to vet recommendations.
• Adoption Process: Prospective adopters complete an expression of interest or application. We carefully assess compatibility (home environment, family, lifestyle) to ensure a good match. Photos of backyard, where the pet will be sleeping Nameless Angels Form and ID of applicant is required. Once approved, adopters meet the dog, if they already have a dog they must also do a meet with their dog and we organise the transition to forever home with ongoing support.
Our Impact🐾
Through our network of carers and supporters, we’ve helped many dogs find new lives filled with safety, love, and hope. Our focus is especially on overlooked dogs — those who might otherwise struggle to find homes.

🐾 Important Adoption & Desexing Information
Unless already desexed whilst in the care of Nameless Angels Dog Rescue Inc., the Dog is adopted under a desexing agreement and must be desexed within 28 days of formal adoption, in accordance with the Dog and Cat Management Act 1995 (SA) and relevant Regulations.
Where veterinary advice recommends delayed desexing due to age, medical, or developmental reasons, the Adopter agrees to comply with the veterinary recommendation and provide evidence to Nameless Angels Dog Rescue Inc. upon request.
Failure to comply with desexing obligations may constitute a breach of this agreement and relevant South Australian legislation.
