These beautiful souls were at serious risk of being shot as unwanted puppies before being saved by a good samaritan and trusted into the care of Maggie's who they knew would find them fantastic homes.
Before they were ready to move onto the next happy stage of their lives they needed some vet attention as it was pretty clear they had never seen a vet before.
Maggie’s Rescue exists to create a world where no animal is in need of rescue. Operating since 2011, they are a co-operative of volunteer foster carers and passionate animal advocates, working together to achieve a shared vision.
They do this with a direct purpose, which is working towards the introduction of new legislation to give greater protection to all animals. This also serves to provide further direction for other registered rescue organisations.
After a very urgent rescue the Bondi Vet team were called in to help these young pups get the care they needed before finding their forever home.
Update!
Since their episode was filmed Wolf, Raya and Nero were able to settle into foster care and start to live their lives in a home environment, learn about the world and build their confidence.
We are excited to report that Wolf (now Fergus) and Raya have found their forever homes while Nero has needed some extra time to come out of his shell.

Nero has come a long way and is a really sweet and affectionate boy. He is still looking for the right forever home to give him everything he needs to be the best dog ever.
