This promotion is conducted by SavourLife Pty Ltd (SavourLife). The prize is 1 x $5,000 donation to an eligible charity of the winner’s choice. Eligibility is as follows; the charity must be based in Australia, must be able to prove it re-homes abandoned dogs as one of its core competencies, must be registered with the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) for deductible gift recipient (DGR) status and be in good standing with all relevant authorities when the donation is due to be made. The winner’s chosen charity must satisfy all of the above criteria. If the winner’s charity does not satisfy all of the criteria then SavourLife will ask for a new charity to be selected by the winner that meets the criteria listed herein. SavourLife’s decision on eligibility is final. The donation will be deemed to have come from SavourLife and SavourLife will have sole claim to have made the donation to the charity. Competition will run from October 1, 2017 to October 31, 2017 at 11.59pm. Codes eligible for this competition will only be at participating PETstock stores during the month of October 2017 and only on specially marked ‘value packs’ i.e. SavourLife Shark Cartilage 145g, SavourLife Salmon Skins 150g, SavourLife Kangaroo Strips 200g, SavourLife Chicken Strips 200g, SavourLife Duck Strips 180g and SavourLife Milky Strips 180g. The winner will be the person who enters the winning code at www.savour-life.com.au by October 31, 2017 at 11.59pm and contacts SavourLife on 1300 135 478 by no later than November 1, 2017 by 4.59pm with the verification password from the website and they must submit proof of purchase, if requested. The winner will instruct SavourLife in writing, following verification, as to where the donation should be submitted. If the claim has not been made by November 1, 2017 by 4.59pm, then the prize will be deemed unclaimed and SavourLife will donate the $5,000 prize to the charity of SavourLife’s choice by November 30, 2017.
